Our Story

Established in 2021, Alphamed Scotland is an Emergency Medicine Consultant-led organisation built on a foundation of clinical excellence, providing bespoke event medical support. Our team of highly experienced clinical staff, complemented by our logistics and operational support staff, have extensive international experience in the provision of advanced pre-hospital care to ensure you deliver a safe and enjoyable event.
From the creation of Alphamed, our focus has been to ensure that medical planning is treated as an integral part of event delivery rather than an afterthought. That principle continues to shape how we work today, informing our approach to planning, risk assessment and on-site medical support for events of all sizes.

Our Mission

Our mission is to ensure safe, well supported events and minimise additional pressure on NHS services. All achieved through doctor-led medical oversight, clear preparation and practical clinical education. We develop and deploy confident, capable teams and ensure events are supported with appropriate medical equipment and kits, so organisers can rely on professional, person-centred care when it matters.

Our Values

Led by emergency medicine consultant doctors, we deliver high standards of clinical practice through evidence-based protocols and clear clinical guidelines.
Patient safety comes first, and through strong clinical governance we maintain safe systems of work, continuous improvement, and clear accountability.
Our teams uphold high professional standards, maintaining required certification and PVG clearance while delivering dependable care in demanding event environments.
We work collaboratively with event organisers, emergency services, local authorities, and partner agencies to provide integrated, reliable, and effective medical solutions.
We excel in pre-event reconnaissance, risk assessment and clinical risk mitigation, delivering tailored, safe medical planning every time.
Our teams operate confidently in complex, remote and high-pressure settings, adapting quickly while maintaining safe, effective clinical capability.
