The team behind Alphamed Scotland have a vast number of years of clinical and administration experience in successfully delivering small, medium and large-scale event medical provision throughout Scotland.
The team at Alphamed Scotland are very experienced in managing events of all types, liaising with multiple agencies such as Police Scotland, Scottish Ambulance Service, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, local councils and event organisers, and taking part in large scale planning in the months prior to events taking place.
Dr Sarah Richardson
Chief Executive Officer
Dr Sarah Richardson is an Emergency, Remote Medicine and Global Health Specialist with over a decade of experience delivering, directing and overseeing high-quality clinical care at events, in deployed settings and for emergency response globally.
Dr Fraser Waterson
Clinical Director
Dr Fraser Waterson is an Emergency Medicine Specialist and Critical Care Physician, highly experienced in the delivery of quality care in the pre-hospital setting. He leads the clinical team, ensuring, high-quality, safe and effective clinical care is delivered to all clients globally.
Jackie Tolland
Head Of Operations
Jackie is the Head of Operations at for the Alphamed Group, bringing with her extensive experience in management, leadership, and development from her roles across various sectors. Jackie’s strategic vision and leadership help guide Alphamed’s mission to provide top tier healthcare services both in Scotland and internationally.
Hugh Steele
Head of Finance
Hugh spent 33 years working in the Finance Industry prior to moving full time into the medical industry, working as an Ambulance Technician, alongside providing medical support and event medical delivery. Hugh brings his many years of leadership and management skills to Alphamed Scotland as the head of finance.
Lois Irvine
Operations Manager
Bringing her extensive experience in the pharmaceutical events sector to Alphamed, Lois has developed a strong foundation in customer service and operational efficiency. Her expertise lies in ensuring that all operational needs are met, enabling seamless event execution and enhancing staff performance on-site.
Marie Henderson
Finance & Admin Assistant
Having previously worked in both Finance and Admin sectors Marie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Alphamed Scotland.
At Alphamed Marie works with the finance and operations teams to ensure the smooth running of all financial aspects of the business.

Streamlining the company's logistics operations alongside Alphameds operations team. With a strong commitment to efficiency, Callum plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services, handling everything from inventory management to coordinating transportation and distribution.

Aimee brings a strong foundation in Event Management, backed by a dedicated academic background and a degree in the field.
